We found Jessica wandering the rolling hills of the Napa Valley, champagne in hand. With deep roots in education and business, Jessica brings experience building private early education centers from the ground up, paired with expertise in public education overseeing district wide career readiness and CTE programming for Napa Valley Unified School District. Prior to joining Cobb, she worked as an independent non-profit and education consultant for special projects.

Jessica was drawn to Cobb shortly after moving to Roseburg, where her parents have lived for the last 24 years. She was impressed with Cobb’s dedication to community service, and after enrolling her then one year old into the toddler program, she knew she wanted to be a part of improving child care services in her new community and accepted the position as executive director with the goal of creating equitable access to high quality care and education for all Douglas County families.

Jessica holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership and human resources from Claremont Lincoln University, along with a B.S. in psychology and business administration.
